Dr. Yun Wang has a long family history of dentistry, being a third-generation dentist. She has witnessed the importance of quality patient care as well as the value of periodontal health on systemic wellness. She obtained her Ph.D degree in Cellular and Molecular Physiology at Michigan State University following her dental degree in Peking University in China. She is a board-certified periodontist with her specialty training in Periodontics and Implantology from University of Southern California. She is well trained in all aspects of periodontal medicine, from preventive care to treating complex periodontal problems with a multidisciplinary approach. She is also committed to using the best available treatment options to restore missing teeth and create healthy, natural-looking smiles with her expertise in implants and aesthetics. She is an accomplished scientific author with multiple peer-reviewed publications, and honor awards from her unique background as the clinician, scholar, and educator. She has dedicated herself to provide patients with evidence-based comprehensive dental treatments delivered by advanced technology. Outside the office she likes working out, traveling, as well as donating my time and expertise in community service and alumni association.
